BLOOM TEAL is the 2023 special edition scarf with the purpose of fundraising and donating for Las Voces de Rhaiza to continue their mission to promote, educate, and raise awareness about HPV prevention.
 
The Eccentric Label TEAL 2023 scarf name & design is BLOOM as a symbolic representation of the growth Las Voces de Rhaiza and HPV prevention movement has evolved into a worldwide known preventive desease. Our design continued to use the color teal, in which represents the allusive color for cervical cancer awareness. Also the color name TEAL is an acronym to Las Voces de Rhaiza campaigns which means "Take Early Action & Live".
